CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The goods sent beyond the European Union may be subject to additional duties and taxes within the delivery country.
These fees depend on the local legislation of the recipient country.
This amount is paid separately by the customer.
Please note that duties and taxes, as well as transportation expenses, are not reimbursed by our company.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our purpose is to guarantee our customer’s full satisfaction.
If , for any reason a client is not satisfied with an order, he/she has the right to cancel a purchase and return the purchased products within 14 working days from the date on which he/she received the purchased product from www.youngaristocrat.com .
Returns/ Exchanges of products are dispatched at the customer’s expense through a shipping company of his/hers choice.
In some specific cases, explained in the return policy it is possible to exchange purchased items.
To return an item, the consumer should send a written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org, hence informing the vendor about his/hers decision to return the item.
Conditions of return
The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
The identification tag is still attached to the products;
The hygiene sticker on all swimwear has not been removed;
The original packaging is preserved;
The return is shipped back to the vendor within 14 working days;
Refunds and Exchanges
After the vendor has received and checked that the products meet all requirements for return, he will start the refund procedure of the full amount paid for the purchase by the customer no later than 14 working days from the date on which the seller has received the returned items. The amount paid for the shipping will be deducted from the refund and the customer will receive the amount he paid for the products without the amount charged for delivery.
Purchase by Credit/Debit card ; refund time will depend on the credit card’s company policies.
Payments made by Cash on Delivery ; in order to receive a refund for orders paid for by Cash on Delivery, the client must have a bank account. Any amount paid by using this payment method will be refunded to the bank account which the customer indicates in the return form or email.
*Normally refunds take place within 30 days of starting the refund procedure.
Customers are entitled to exchange returned products for another size or color of the same model.
Requests for exchange of items shall be made within 14 days from receiving the order by contacting our customer service at email@example.com
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the warehouse, therefore once we check the availability of the item(s) we will contact you back.
Once the customer sends back the product(s) for exchange, our team will examine if all the conditions above are fulfilled. If everything is correct and in place, we will process with the replacement by dispatching the newly exchanged item(s).
