LOCAL DELIVERY ( BULGARIA) 

A. Orders to Bulgaria are delivered via our partner SPEEDY. Customers have the opportunity to choose whether they would like to receive their orders delivered to a home address or to any branch of Speedy found on the territory of Bulgaria.

B. Cost for Bulgaria – 7,80лв / BGN ( Five Bulgarian Lev) or 4 EURO.  ( Please note delivery costs are subject to change, as the Delivery Company adjusts their prices) . 

C. Delivery time – 1(one) to 3(three) business days.*

Important* The vendor is not responsible for any delivery delay, which may occur due to un3predicted circumstances at the  shipping company. Furthermore, orders delivered to small populated areas, which are serviced on a schedule arranged by our shipping partners may also be subject to unpredicted delay.

A. B. For international shipping ( Outside of Bulgaria ) we partner with DHL.

C. International delivery cost – 34 EUR.

D.Delivery time - up to 7 business days.

 SHIPPING TERMS APPLICABLE FOR ALL SHIPPING METHODS

A. Orders received until 12:30am are processed and dispatched on the same day.

B. Orders placed after 12:30am are dispatched on the next business day.

*Please note that during sale periods orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed and dispatched.

Customers are requested to provide the necessary means of access at the given address in order to receive the delivery on time.

*Important

If the consumer is not found at the address on the given time for receiving the order or there is no access provided into the building within the estimated time-frame for delivery , the order will be sent back to the local branch of the shipping company. Following these circumstances it is the client’s  responsibility to rearrange delivery by contacting the courier directly. 

 Our shipping partners stock undelivered goods for 14 days, after expiration of this period the order is considered canceled.

The consumer may expresses willingness to receive the ordered products after the delivery deadline of 14 days has expired by contacting us at; contact@youngaristocrat.com . In these cases he/she will be charged upon receipt of the goods for the first unsuccessful delivery, as well as the additional expense for the second one.

Обслужващата куриерска фирма за страната е SPEEDY. Пратките се доставят до личен адрес посочен от потребителя или до някои от офисите на куриерска фирма Speedy.

Цена на доставка: 7,80лв. (4 Euro)

Време за доставка – 1 до 3 работни дни*.

* Изключения правят случаите на забава от страна на куриерската компания и малките населени места, които се обслужват по график на куриера.

 Поръчаната стока се доставя на посочен от клиента адрес. ПОТРЕБИТЕЛЯТ поема задължението да осигури достъп и възможност за получаване на стоката.
Ако ПОТРЕБИТЕЛЯТ не бъде намерен в срока за изпълнение на доставката на посочения адрес или не бъде осигурен достъп и условия за предаване на стоката в този срок, поръчката се счита за отпаднала и ПРОДАВАЧЪТ се освобождава от задължението си да изпълни заявената доставка.
