General terms of use
1.SUBJECT
1.1 This document constitutes the general terms, conditions and procedures for the use of http://youngaristocrat.com (hereinafter "Website") whose rules govern the use, including the conclusion of a distance contract for the sale of this online store.
1.2 The vendor provides the customer with the opportunity to purchase products offered at www.youngaristocrat.com only in the cases of following the given “ General Terms “
2. PARTIES
The Parties to these terms and conditions are:
2.1 ANAGRA TRADE Ltd., UIN 204606296, with headquarters and address for correspondence: Bulgaria, 1111 Sofia, 23 Shipchenski Prohod Bulv., represented by Gergana Georgieva Nikolova, in her capacity as a manager, hereinafter SELLER/VENDOR and
2.2 Any natural or legal person who has explicitly agreed to these General Terms in order to use the website for the purchase of goods is referred to as CONSUMER/ CUSTOMER / CLIENT.
3. AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 By checking the box "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions" and clicking on "Continue", the consumer completes the necessary registration for making online purchases at the website, hence making an electronic statement under the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and declaring that he or she is familiar with these Terms and Conditions, accepts and undertakes to keep them.
3.2 The seller (Young Aristocrat) confirms the order by sending an automatic e-mail to the user, which contains a confirmation for the receipt of his/hers order.
4. CHANGES
4.1 The given Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally changed by the seller.
4.2 In case of amendments of the Terms, the vendor is obliged to inform the clients by displaying a link to the new Terms of Use at a visible place on the Website, that will grant the customers an easy access to read them.
4.3 Orders for the purchase of goods, which were submitted by the consumer and accepted by the seller before the notification from Paragraph 2 has taken place, will not be affected in any way by the following changes in the General Conditions.
5. APPLICATION FOR PURCHASE
5.1 All types of goods are arranged in the form of offers by various indicators.
5.2 The so-called “offers” include basic information about the products according to its type and an indication of the price. The “offers” are accompanied by photos.
5.3 The given prices of the products are per one product.
5.4 The prime currency in which the prices are displayed is Bulgarian Lev (BGN). The website also displays the prices of the products in Euro (EUR ) and British Pound ( GDP). The conversion is calculated using the http://www.xe.com on the day of the transaction.
5.5 Order Requests
Order requests can be made by registered customers or by guest users.
5.6 Clients, which have completed the Registration Form on the website receive the opportunity to review their order history and to save desired products in his/hers personal “Wish List” section.
5.7 Order requests for purchases and delivery are fulfilled when the customer selects an item, color and size ( if applicable ) and indicates the desired quantity by filling out the provided forms on the Website for purchase, delivery and payment options, which follows the Add to Cart action.
5.8 Customers are obliged to provide accurate information for delivery, including the name and family name of the person who will receive the order, the address and telephone number.
5.9 Each purchase request at Checkout automatically displays the selected type of product, quantity, total price and calculated delivery cost.
5.10 In cases where orders include more than several items, the seller retains the right to make the delivery free or to create a discount.
5.11 . To create an order the customer has to select an item using the Add to Cart button, then follow up with Go to Checkout, where he/she can review the order, and finally in order to continue with the purchasing process the client must fill in the necessary forms for delivery and payment.
To complete the order the consumer must check the box "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions", thereby expressing consent with the General Conditions published on the website of Young Aristocrat . This action is declaration of intention which binds in a contract the consumer and the seller , in accordance with the procedures described in this document’s Conditions and rules of the Law on Consumer Protection (LCP).
Once the customer completes the order he/she will receive an automatic email confirmation stating that the order is accepted and a second email will follow up with delivery details.
5.12 Upon submission of an order form, the vendor shall send the customer a purchase order receipt e-mail within 24 hours confirming the order or containing information about out of stock products.
Order requests made by customers in official non-working days (including Weekends and Public Holidays) will be processed on the first working day following. In these cases email confirmations sent to clients may take up to 48 hours .
5.13 In SALE periods , the seller shall send requested items only if they are in stock. If an item is not available, Young Aristocrat will contact the customer within 24 hours to inform him/her about the sold out item.
5.14 The seller may sometimes take initiatives to organize games or promotions on the website, or on our Social Networks and send rewards in the form of products /or vouchers. In these cases the vendor reserves the right to determine and change the type of goods offered as a reward, and to set the conditions regarding the delivery.
5.15 When processing purchases containing more than 1 item, it is possible that the vendor may discover insufficiency in the stock quantity of a given item. In the above cases , we shall inform you by email or telephone. If there is lack of response in the time frame of 24 hours by the customer, Young Aristocrat shall process the order and send out only the available products. If the price for the items that are no longer available has been paid, the vendor shall refund the amount paid for these products, without due delay.
5.16 In case of technical error in the price list of the products, the seller reserves the right to cancel an order on his behalf. If this happens the vendor shall inform the client by sending an email message or by contacting him via telephone.
5.17 The seller seeks to respond to all needs of the consumer, but reserves the right to correct any wrong price or description of a product, as well as to cancel or refuse to execute any order for an item whose price or description is flawed. All of these corrections can be made even after the order is accepted and confirmation has been sent.
5.18 In cases when inaccuracies as the above mentioned occur, the seller is obliged to inform the consumer by sending an e-mail. The client then has 24 hours to confirm the order with the adjusted prices, if there is no response from the Customer in this time period, the order will be considered canceled.
5.19 Our Customer Service department may require personal data including name, order number and telephone number in order to answer any enquires. This information is requested in order to be able to give prompt and substantial answer to all our customers’ questions.
6. REGISTRATION
6.1 Upon registration on the website the consumer is obliged to provide true, accurate and complete information about himself/herself. In case of changes to any account data, such as name, address or telephone, the customer shall send an informative email to contact@youngaristocrat.com regarding the change.
6.2 The so-called Distance Sale Treaty between the vendor and the client is considered finalized once the customer receives the according e-mail confirmation about the order.
6.3 The contract of sale concluded between the consumer and seller consists of these Terms and Conditions of Use and the provided information by the customer upon registration /or order.
7. SHIPPING POLICY ( Local & International )
7.1 Local (Bulgaria)
A. Orders to Bulgaria are delivered via our partner SPEEDY. Customers have the opportunity to choose whether they would like to receive their orders delivered to a home address or to any branch of Speedy found on the territory of Bulgaria.

B. Cost for Bulgaria – 5лв / BGN ( Five Bulgarian Levs)
C. Delivery time – 1(one) to 3(three) business days.*
Important* The vendor is not responsible for any delivery delay, which may occur due to un3predicted circumstances at the shipping company. Furthermore, orders delivered to small populated areas, which are serviced on a schedule arranged by our shipping partners may also be subject to unpredicted delay.
7.2 International Shipping
A. Countries we deliver to ; Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France ,Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Republic Of Macedonia, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City
B. For international shipping ( Outside of Bulgaria ) we partner with DHL.
C.International delivery cost – 22 EUR ( Twenty Two Euros).
D. Delivery time - up to 7 business days.
7.3 Shipping terms applicable for all shipping methods
A. Orders received until 12:30am are processed and dispatched on the same day.
B. Orders placed after 12:30am are dispatched on the next business day.
*Please note that during sale periods orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed and dispatched.
Customers are requested to provide the necessary means of access at the given address in order to receive the delivery on time.
*Important
If the consumer is not found at the address on the given time for receiving the order or there is no access provided into the building within the estimated time-frame for delivery , the order will be sent back to the local branch of the shipping company. Following these circumstances it is the client’s responsibility to rearrange delivery by contacting the courier directly.
Our shipping partners stock undelivered goods for 14 days, after expiration of this period the order is considered canceled.
The consumer may expresses willingness to receive the ordered products after the delivery deadline of 14 days has expired by contacting us at; contact@youngaristocrat.com . In these cases he/she will be charged upon receipt of the goods for the first unsuccessful delivery, as well as the additional expense for the second one.
Orders are delivered suitably packed according to their type and transport for delivery.
8.PAYMENT METHODS
When placing an order through our website, each customer is required to indicate a “Payment Method" in the order form found at the checkout page.
8.1 We accept the following methods of payment;
A.Cash on delivery: Paying for the order upon delivery, the amount is given in cash to the courier. *This option is only available for Bulgaria.
B.Credit or debit card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro.
All card transactions on our website are processed using the PAYMILL system https://www.paymill.com .
C. Bank Transfer – after selecting this method, the customer will receive all bank transfer details on his/hers specified email. Young Aristocrat will dispatch the items following the receipt of the transaction.
*All bank transfer fees are the expense of the customer.
9.RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our purpose is to guarantee our customer’s full satisfaction. If , for any reason a client is not satisfied with an order, he/she has the right to cancel a purchase and return the purchased products within 14 working days from the date on which he/she received the purchased product from www.youngaristocrat.com as stated in Art. 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection.
*Important
Returns/ Exchanges of products are dispatched at the customer’s expense through a shipping company of his/hers choice.
In some specific cases, explained in the return policy it is possible to exchange purchased items.
Items purchased at promotional prices/discounts cannot be returned, the sale is final.
To return an item, the consumer should send a written notice to contact@youngaristocrat.com, hence informing the vendor about his/hers decision to return the item.
9.1 Conditions of return
A. The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
B. The identification tag is still attached to the products;
C. The hygiene sticker on all swimwear has not been removed;
D. The original packaging is preserved;
E. The return is shipped back to the vendor within 14 working days;
If the consumer has fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the vendor shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, the vendor reserves the right to refuse the refund and / or replacement and shall send the items back to the consumer.
9.2 Refunds
After the vendor has received and checked that the products meet all requirements for return, he will start the refund procedure of the full amount paid for the purchase by the customer no later than 14 working days from the date on which the seller has received the returned items. The amount paid for the shipping will be deducted from the refund and the customer will receive the amount he paid for the products without the amount charged for delivery. The client will be notified electronically about the refund on the email address specified upon registration.
Without any prejudice to the above , the time period for the refund of the amount depends on the type of payment used for the purchase;
A. Purchase by Credit/Debit card ; refund time will depend on the credit card’s company policies.
B. Payments made by Cash on Delivery ; in order to receive a refund for orders paid for by Cash on Delivery, the client must have a bank account. Any amount paid by using this payment method will be refunded to the bank account which the customer indicates in the return form.
*Normally refunds take place within 30 days of starting the refund procedure.
9.3 The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
9.4 Exchange of products
In certain cases, customers are entitled to exchange returned products for another size or color of the same model. Replacement is available only for non-conforming size or defect attributable to the vendor.
Requests for exchange of items shall be made within 14 days from receiving the order by contacting our customer service at contact@youngaristocrat.com and stating your preferred size/ color you would like to exchange for in the email. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the warehouse, therefore once we check the availability of the item(s) we will contact you back.
9.5 Conditions of Exchange
A. Exchange is only possible for another size or color. The vendor does not replace one model for another;
B.Customers may only submit a single replacement request per product purchased;
C.Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons;
D.The products for which the exchange is requested must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused, worn, washed, modified or damaged, with all identification tags attached;
E. Products exchange requests, which are part of a single order must be returned at once. The vendor does not accept products for replacement from the same order shipped in different stages and will not exchange them;
F. Once the customer sends back the product(s) for exchange, our team will examine if all the conditions above are fulfilled. If everything is correct and in place, we will process with the replacement by dispatching the newly exchanged item(s).
Upon products exchange request purchased from www.youngaristocrat.com , the customer shall comply with present terms and conditions.
10. YOUNG ARISTOCRAT JEWELRY CARE
A. When you put your bracelet, necklace, body chain or earrings on, adjust the clasp properly and do not use force to close it.
B.We recommend avoiding getting any water on your 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry.
C.Stainless Steel jewelry are more resistant to contact with fresh water, but they have a very gentle surface, which can scratch easily. Please handle with care and avoid contact with chlorine water.
D.Chlorine water has a harsh effect on all jewelry over time.
E.Remove your jewelry before visiting a pool, beach, spa, beauty treatments or during sports activities.
F. Silver 925 is a soft material and can bend easily, please avoid strong pressure.
G. All jewelry should be cleaned carefully and only with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
H. We strongly recommend avoiding any contact with harsh chemicals,household cleaners, salt water, cosmetics , such as perfumes, face and body lotions, and make-up. All of the above listed may cause permanent damage to your jewelry.
IMPORTANT
The 6 month warranty of Young Aristocrat Jewelry is only valid in cases of manufacturing defects and does not apply to normal wear off over time.
The warranty will not apply in cases of improper use, repairs carried out by third parties, negligent handling, including scratching, breaking, bending, flexing and for wear parts ( suede or satin straps ).
11. WARRANTY AND REPAIR
11.1 We provide our customers with a 6 (six) months warranty for all our jewelry in regard to manufacturing defects in the material and fallen stones, starting from the date of purchase.
11.2 The guarantee is valid only if the Warranty Certificate of purchase is presented to us.
11.3 The warranty does not cover cases of improper use, repairs carried out by third parties, negligent handling, including scratching, breaking, bending, flexing and for wear parts ( suede or satin straps ).

11.5 Upon presentation of a valid warranty certificate , shipping costs are at our expense.
11.6 Every item coming in for a repair service is assessed by a specialist . In this manner, the repair or replacement time may take up to 4 weeks after we receive the product from the customer.
11.7 After the warranty period of a product expires, Young Aristocrat as an Online Merchant does not accept repairs.
12. PRIVACY POLICY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
12.1 WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
12.2 CONSENT- How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

12.3 DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
12.4 SHOPIFY PAYMENT :
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
